Fell has 14 bedrooms, many have fine views of Lake Windermere
and all have bathrooms, colour TV's, radios, tea trays, guide
books, hair dryers and direct dial telephones.
Ideal as a location for small Board meetings or Director type
conferences. We can provide tastefully furnished lounges for
your exclusive use and a private dining room seating up to 30
persons, with glorious views to Lake Windermere and the mountains
beyond.
Prices for morning coffee, lunch, full afternoon tea and exclusive
use of a main lounge start from £50 per person.

Deposit:
A deposit of £50 per room is required to confirm bookings.
Telephone bookings may be confirmed by credit card.
Cancellations:
Deposits
are not refundable and a charge of one night bed & breakfast
per person is levied, unless the room is re-let.
Bookings over three days are subject to a full charge cancellation
fee unless the accommodation is re-let.
Hotel insurance forms are available.
Children:
Children aged between 7 and 14 sharing with two adults are charged
half price only.
For children under 7 years of age accommodation is free.
Meals:
The hotel welcomes residents and non-residents for morning coffee,
lunch, afternoon tea and dinner by reservation.
Dinner is £35.00. The 5 course menu changes daily.
Smoking:
Since July 2007 the hotel has been completely non-smoking,
including bedrooms.
Dogs:
We do not accept dogs in the house except assistance dogs, but
they are welcome in cars and in the grounds.
