MARCH - Sunday Lunch in Windermere
Our Sunday Lunch menu changes monthly, however the soup and desserts change weekly. Bookings are essential (limited to 20 diners) and a main course pre-order is required. Book on 015394 43286.
Sunday Lunch Menu:
~ Caramelized onion and goats cheese tarte tatin with rocket
~ Chicken liver pâté with sourdough toast and dressed side salad
~ Soup of the day
~ Grilled fillet of plaice with lemon risotto and grilled cherry tomatoes
~ Roast Cumbrian loin of pork, Cumberland sausage stuffing balls, crackling, Bramley apple sauce and gravy with potatoes roasted in duck fat with garlic & thyme
* Both served with Cauliflower cheese and a selection of seasonal vegetables tossed in extra virgin olive oil.

~ Steamed marmalade pudding and custard
~ Traditional sherry trifle
~ Brown sugar meringues, brandy snaps, whipped cream, butterscotch sauce
