July Sunday Lunch in Windermere
Our Sunday Lunch menu changes monthly, however the soup and desserts change weekly. Bookings are essential (limited to 20 diners) and a main course pre-order is required. Book on 015394 43286.
NOTE: We are NOT serving Sunday lunch on the 17th and 24th June, nor on 1st July.
We are serving from 12.30pm to 1.30pm on the 8th, 15th, 22nd and 29th July.
Sunday Lunch Menu:
~ Crispy fried calamari rings with tartar sauce
~ Greek salad with fresh oregano, lemon olive oil & warm pitta bread
~ Cream of pea & mint soup
~ Grilled Salmon darne, with a vine ripened tomato & fresh basil salsa
~ Roast loin of Cumbria pork with bramley apple sauce, crackling, Cumberland stuffing balls, gravy & potatoes roasted in goose fat with garlic & fresh thyme
A selection of seasonal vegetables tossed in extra virgin olive oil and Cauliflower cheese
~ Apple tart tatin
~ Lemon posset with shortbread fingers
~ Brown sugar meringues, brandy snaps, whipped cream, butterscotch sauce
~ Sticky toffee pudding
~ Fruit salad
