Our afternoon tea is absolutely delicious. Ask any one who has been!

Full afternoon tea includes a selection of sandwiches, scones with jam and cream, shortbread, sponge cake, biscuits and meringues. All homemade by proprietor Diana Kennedy.

We offer a selection of leaf teas including Farrers English Afternoon, Earl Grey, Lapsang Soochong, Darjeeling. Also camomile, green, peppermint, fruit and decaffeinated.

In winter enjoy comfortable lounges and log fires. In summer, where better than to sit on the terrace of an award-winning Country House Hotel, admiring the views and take Afternoon Tea with friends?

Just £13.50 per person. Reservations appreciated for full afternoon tea.

We cater for parties of up to 50 people. May be make an afternoon of it with a game of croquet or clock golf before tea!

Dietary restrictions can always be catered for although there may be an extra charge and we always require advance notice.
