Booking terms and conditions.

Prices are per room, per night unless otherwise stated.
Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT at the current rate.
A 2 night minimum stay usually applies on Saturdays.
A 3 night minimum stay usually applies to all bank holidays.
Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to alter your rate should a mistake be identified.
Published offers cannot be used in conjunction with each other or with any other promotion or discount unless otherwise stated.

We strongly advise guests to take out cancellation insurance.
For British guests UK Plus Insurance 08455201074 can provide cover for a small premium.
* Single occupancy of double rooms.
Single occupancy of a double room attracts a 25% discount of the room rate subject to availability. The full room rate is charged on Bank holidays.
* Children & Extra Adults
Prices are as follows:
0 – 2 YRS: £10.00 .
3 – 6 YRS: £18.50 INCLUDES CHILD’S BREAKFAST
7 – 15 YRS: £28.50 INCLUDES CHILD’S BREAKFAST
16 YRS & OVER/ADULT: £48.50 INCLUDES ADULT BREAKFAST
NOT ALL OUR ROOMS ARE SUITABLE FOR EXTRA GUESTS OR CHILDREN. THE MAXIMUM NUMBER OF EXTRA GUESTS IN A ROOM IS ONE. ANY TYPE OF EXTRA BED OR COT IS ON REQUEST AND MUST BE CONFIRMED BY US. PLEASE LET US KNOW WHETHER YOUR CHILD REQUIRES ROLLAWAY OR COT. THE RATES ARE BASED ON SHARING A DOUBLE ROOM WITH 2 ADULTS. CHARGES ARE MADE FOR ALL EXTRA OCCUPANTS, EVEN IF A BED IS NOT REQUIRED.
* Bringing food in to Lindeth Fell
For the comfort of our guests the eating of fast food or takeaway meals in any of our bedrooms, public rooms or gardens is strictly prohibited. Should you be found consuming such foods on the premises we will levy a charge equivalent to one nights accommodation and ask you to leave the property.
* The Bar
Our fully stocked bar is open from 11 am until 11 pm.
The consuming of spirits and beers not purchased at Lindeth Fell in any of our bedrooms, public rooms or gardens is strictly prohibited. Should you be found to have been consuming such drinks on the premises, we will levy a charge of £50 per person to your credit card details.
* Wine and champagne corkage
We have an extensive wine and champagne list. If you wish to bring your own wine or champagne for consuming on the premises, we have the following corkage charges. Wine £18.50 per bottle. Champagne £38.50 per bottle.
We do not accept any liability for any damage, loss or injury to any member of your party or any vehicles or possessions, unless proven to be a negligent act by ourselves or our employees.
We are a no smoking property. Any person found to have been smoking in the bedrooms or any of the public areas will be subjected to a £200 fee to cover all additional cleaning and dry cleaning costs and possible loss of revenue.
We do not accept dogs in the house, except assistance dogs, but they are welcome in the grounds kept on a lead. We have a dog and a house cat on the ground floor.
* Damages and breakages
Please take care of our accommodation. You are responsible and liable for any breakages and damage that is caused by accident or otherwise. Please report these as soon as they occur. If any damage is caused, you are responsible up to the full cost. The cost of the damage and/or repair will be taken from your credit/debit card used to secure your booking with us.
The above also applies to anything that goes missing from the room.
No service charge is added. Gratuities are at the discretion of the guest, and may be left at reception or added to a credit card payment. They are then evenly shared amongst the staff on a monthly basis.
A deposit equal to 30% of the total price is debited on booking. Each booking must be guaranteed by a credit card. We do not accept American Express cards.
* Final payment
Prior to your departure you are required to settle your account in full.
* Cancellation & Refund Policy
If you cancel more than 21 days prior to arrival your deposit is transferable to a future booking, or can be refunded less an administration fee of 10%.
If you cancel less than 21 days but more than 7 days prior to arrival, the deposit can be transferred to a subsequent booking made within 3 months of the initial reservation. If you cancel 7 days or less prior to arrival, the deposit will be retained. If you cancel within 1 day of arrival you will be charged the total price. Days are counted from midnight on the day of arrival.
